The inauguration of a site such as this is always a special moment. It marks the transition from ambition to reality from a project on paper to a vibrant, fully operational place serving its territory.

Proudreed is a long-term heritage investor exclusively dedicated to commercial real estate, with a strong presence across regional markets.

​

Our conviction is simple: to develop projects that are useful, sustainable, and deeply rooted in their local environments, in close partnership with local authorities.

​

It was in this spirit that we invested in this site as early as 2015, firmly convinced of its strategic potential within the Montpellier East business district.

​

This project would, of course, never have come to life without the quality of dialogue established with Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole, the municipality of Vendargues, and all the relevant public services.

Our meeting with France TV Studios, within the framework of the France 2030 initiative, then gave this operation an entirely new dimension.

​

The decisions were not always straightforward, but thanks to the trust shared by all partners and a strong collective intelligence, the project was delivered within a remarkable timeframe.

Today, we are inaugurating a 9,000-square-meter site, home to four sound stages and state-of-the-art post-production facilities, meeting the highest environmental standards.

​

A site already dedicated to creation, innovation, and the international reach of the French audiovisual industry.

This building also represents the first step in a broader vision the ambition to gradually develop here, at the heart of the Montpellier metropolitan area, a true image ecosystem, an “Image Village.”

Finally, I would like to sincerely thank all the teams who contributed to this project: the teams at France TV Studios, our construction partners, and of course Proudreed’s legal and technical teams.
